Privacy Policy
This page describes the information the Aurneon website collects when you write to us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
If you send an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, the service you are asking about, your message, and — when you provide them — your role, the scenario, the page you started from, and campaign parameters such as utm_source.
We ask you to confirm that we may email you about that inquiry. The message itself is not sent to analytics.
Optional analytics — Google Analytics 4 and, when a project id is configured, Microsoft Clarity — load only after you accept analytics in the site preferences. Rejecting them does not affect the inquiry form or the rest of the site. Those tools receive the page, the service or scenario, and which control was used. They do not receive your name, email, company, or message. The inquiry you send can include the page and campaign parameters that started the visit. That stays with the inquiry.
How we use information
Inquiry details are used to reply to you and, later, to hand the same record to a CRM if you become a client. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list from this form.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS in production. Inquiry delivery uses a server-side channel configured for that environment. Access to a delivered inquiry is limited to the people operating that channel.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry by emailing hello@aurneon.com.
