Start from the handoff, not the model
Most small and medium businesses do not lack software. They lose time between tools. An enquiry sits in an inbox. An invoice is retyped. A weekly report is rebuilt from the same exports. Those are the processes worth automating first, because the path already exists and someone can tell you how it works today.
Aurneon starts with operators in Morocco and uses the same design elsewhere. The country is the starting market. It is not a reason to stuff a location into every page, and it is not a claim about market size.
A practical order
Capture the enquiry so it becomes a record with an owner. Then connect the document that currently depends on someone noticing an email. Then replace the report that is assembled by hand, using definitions the team already trusts. A copilot or a forecast comes after that path is real.
Each engagement names what is in and what is out before the build. A website, a CRM, or one workflow is a complete first project. The other services connect when that work needs them.
What we will not automate
We do not automate the decision that still needs a person: whether a lead is qualified, whether an invoice is approved, whether a number is ready to publish. The system can prepare the case and show that it is waiting. It should not pretend the judgment happened.
